DAY ONE: (Morning Session) The Root Chakra Dance, Root lock practice and grounding meditation. (Afternoon Session) The Sacral Chakra Dance, Self Inquiry and Intuition Exercises, Expressive Art Session and Sharing Circle.
DAY TWO: (Morning Session) The Solar Chakra Dance, how to create healthy boundaries, energy practices, meditation, and fire ceremony. (Afternoon Session) The Heart Chakra Dance and Heart Awakening Cacao Ceremony with Sound Healing.
