The first part of your training is about Embodiment. We provide online dance classes that you can start doing at home. immediately. We help you start a daily practice with somatic movement and ecstatic dance as the foundation.

L E A R N
​
Our number one rated comprehensive training course will teach you everything you need to know to guide your own somatic movement class and create your own unique ecstatic dance experiences. You will have all of your materials and tools in an online portal for easy access. All of the lessons are taught by master teacher, Arielle Star Triana, author of Heal Through Dance.

​T E A C H
During the training course you get all the tools you need to teach. We thought of everything! Next, you will be guided to create your own class and then set up practice teaching sessions. You get to do 3-4 practice teaching sessions and then receive feedback through mentorship.

​MENTORSHIP
During your training, you can ask questions and receive answers to all of your questions. If you are in our online training - there is an online portal and community for questions. If you are in the "in-person" facilitator training then you will have a live mentorship session.
