Heal Through Dance incorporates tools and practices that are known to heal trauma in the body and heal the the mind-body-energy connection. Become a confident trauma informed somatic movement and ecstatic dance facilitator.

In the training, receive the somatic building blocks and embodiment tools to create your own classes, workshops and movement session. After the training create your own unique offering. Some facilitators couple the dance with their other offerings like yoga and sound healing.
