THE EARTH KEY CODES
In this playlist you will find a few examples of Earth Music. In the book Heal Through Dance, learn about the Earth Key-Code somatic movement and healing practices. The Earth Element is the first element in the playlist after a slow flow warm-up.
THE WATER KEY CODES
In this playlist you will find a few samples of Water Music. In the book Heal Through Dance, learn about the Water Key-Code somatic movement and healing practices The water element is connected with the sacral chakra and kundalini energy.
THE FIRE KEY CODES
In this playlist you will find a few samples of Fire Music. In the fire phase of the dance there are two sub phases we refer to as Tribal Dance and Trance Dance.
THE LOVE KEY CODES
In this playlist you will find a few samples of Love Music. The love phase of the dance is the transition between the peak of the playlist and the next phase which is a little slower in BPM. Learn more in the Heal Through Dance book.
THE PRAYER KEY CODES
The prayer phase of the dance is when we bring in lyrical music and slow the BPM down which allows everyone to become more expressive in their movements. As the playlist begins to come to an end, the dancers begin to slow down.
THE LIGHT KEY CODES
The light phase of the dance is the slow flow cool down period where dancers naturally return to stillness and reach a meditative state within. The perfect time for meditation.
