Step into the sacred container of the divine feminine for a nourishing weekend and EMBODY somatic movement, ecstatic dance, breathwork and energetic practices for healing and balancing the mind-body and soul connection with a master teacher.
about the retreat
Spend two full days with Star at her studio in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. Star has been facilitating transformational retreats since 2009. Join her for a 2-day retreat with a daily schedule of 9am - 6pm. In the morning organic tea, fresh fruits, nuts and yummy nibbles are served. In the afternoon, sacred chocolates and treats are served. Lunch break is 1-2:30 walking distance to nearby restaurants. Usually women in the retreat go out to lunch together - bonding time!
