Heal Through Dance celebrates the physical embodiment within the context of the sacred feminine. Heal through dance is an invitation to become your own healer and ecstatic dance practitioner and facilitator.
ABOUT WORKSHOP
This workshop is for facilitators, instructors, dancers and beginners interested in free-form movement and somatic embodiment. We will dive into the Prayer Key-Codes and explore the healing and dance practices which include: The Universal Vibration, Speak 50% / Listen 50%, Speaking Your Truth, Embodiment Practices, Manifestation Meditation, Awaking Your Voice and The Prayer Dance.
