Our practice is a blend of ecstatic dance, somatic embodiment, and conscious breath practices.

THE WORKSHOP

Heal Through Dance is for dancers, beginners and instructors who are interested in ecstatic dance for awakening consciousness and self-healing. In Our 2-DAY WORKSHOP: Experience The Alchemy of Ecstasy. Dive Deep Into Your Roots and Dance with the Earth. Dance with Water and Move with Your Sensations. Own Your Fire and Invoke The Inner Warrior. Breathe Into Deep Love and Embody your Prayers. As we Journey with Dance, we will also bring in Energy Healing tools, Chakra Activations and practices for awakening our Kundalini.

THE DANCE

As we dance, we will move energy throughout our entire body, mind and energy. We will naturally awaken places that are blocked or dormant and begin to release and let go. Our dance practice is deeply healing. Experience Dance as a Spiritual practice and pathway to embodiment and knowing yourself more deeply. Embody dance wisdom and tools along with other powerful practices for awakening your highest potential through the sacred practice of ecstatic dance and conscious breathwork.

• Dance and Movement Twice Daily (Morning and Afternoon)
• Breathwork Sessions, Bring yoga mat, pillow and blanket
• Daily Journaling Sessions, bring notebook, pens or pencil
• Daily Energy healing and grounding meditation practices

THE TEACHER

Arielle Star Triana, author of the international best selling book "Heal Through Dance," will guide the group to awaken the chakras and dance through the layers of elements including; earth, water, fire, air, love, prayer, sound and light. She will impart wisdom on how to use embodiment practices to connect with your body and it's own innate wisdom and intuition. Born as Arielle Star, she is leading teacher in the field of somatic movement and ecstatic dance and author of the 2022 International Book Awards finalist: Heal Through Dance: A guidebook for creating your own somatic movement practices.

Star as she is known to her students masterfully weaves together exercises known to heal trauma with ancient cultural practices ranging from Indian, Egyptian, and Hawaiian to Native American, Essene and Celtic. Heal Through Dance distills the essence of Arielle Star Triana’s teachings for a worldwide audience. Designed for instructors, dancers and beginners interested in free form movement. Star’s body of work celebrates physical embodiment within the context of the sacred feminine.
