Heal Through Dance celebrates the physical embodiment within the context of the sacred feminine. Heal through dance is an invitation to become your own healer and ecstatic dance practitioner and facilitator.

This workshop is for facilitators, instructors, dancers and beginners interested in free-form movement and somatic embodiment. We will dive into the Fire Key-Codes and explore the healing and dance practices which include: Creating Healthy Boundaries, Energy Healing with the Transformational Fire, The Tribal Dance, The Trance Dance, Fire Breath and The Shaman
