Heal Through Dance Sacred Initiation: The Core Principles

Heal Through Dance celebrates the physical embodiment within the context of the sacred feminine. Heal through dance is an  invitation to become your own healer and ecstatic dance practitioner and facilitator.

ABOUT WORKSHOP

This workshop is for facilitators, instructors, dancers and beginners interested in free-form movement and somatic embodiment.  We begin with an Introduction to the practice and the core principles that it is based on. Experience a healing dance session that takes you through the six elements and the seven chakras. Let your Dance become an Embodied Prayer through the layers of Earth, Water, Fire, Love, Sound and Light.

STUDIO 

Arrive at the studio 5 minutes before class begins. The door is locked after the class begins.  Bring your water bottle with water and yoga mat, journal and pen (optional). After you purchase your ticket, your name will automatically be added to the guest list.
