Experience Dance as a Spiritual practice and pathway to embodiment and knowing yourself more deeply. Embody dance wisdom and tools along with other powerful practices for awakening your highest potential through the sacred practice of ecstatic dance, somatic embodiment and conscious breathwork.

As we dance, we will move energy throughout our entire body, mind and energy. We will naturally awaken places that are blocked or dormant and begin to release and let go. Our dance practice is deeply healing.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Daily Guided Dance for Awakening Kundalini Energy and Balancing the Seven Energy Centers (Chakras), Shamanic Breath Journey, Sharing Circles, Inspired Journaling Sessions with Herbal Tea & Sacred Chocolate. Purify, Release and Let Go of any blocks holding you back. Set Intentions and Manifest your goals, visions and dreams. You will Experience Ecstatic Dance, Breathwork and Meditation every day in sacred space. Refresh, Renew and Rejuvenate at a cellular level.
