doctor recommended: don't take it from us, listen to the doctors who have taken our training courses.

Upon reading through the "Heal Through Dance" book and taking the online dance instructor course, I felt fully equipped to lead a somatic healing dance workshop. The training integrated not only ecstatic dance but also chakra alignment, use of personal sound, and ancient practices of connecting to the elements of the earth. The feedback that I have received from workshop participants has been more than complementary. Personally, I believe this style and teaching is even more powerful in that Arielle Star does not prescribe one specific box to fit into, rather a solid framework to be able to make your own style as a practitioner. This has been one of my favorite investments in recent years as someone who acquires lots of certifications and participates in many trainings and workshops as a clinical psychologist. Thank you, Dr. Bianca Hur, PsyD

This unique practice, book and now audio book is described as "celebrating physical embodiment within the context of the sacred feminine", and while it is indeed an apt description, it is so much more. As a facilitator of Divine Feminine Goddess circles, groups and university classes for the past thirty (30) years, I found Arielle Star's 44 Key- Codes to be Divine Oracles on the path of SELF-LOVE. Whichever one "calls" to you in the moment, it is precisely the wisdom, ritual or movement needed at that exact time. Her beautiful voice (on the audio book) and clear, informative instructions take one on a sacred journey of personal/spiritual awareness, energy/emotional release, introspective, deep meditation, somatic ritual & prayer, and rests in deepening love for self and others. I would unconditionally recommend the Guidebook to everyone interested in the messages their body holds, as well as all practitioners of somatic movement practices.
