Heal Through Dance celebrates the physical embodiment within the context of the sacred feminine. Heal through dance is an  invitation to become your own healer and ecstatic dance practitioner and facilitator.

ABOUT WORKSHOP

This workshop is for facilitators, instructors, dancers and beginners interested in free-form movement and somatic embodiment.  We will dive into the Water Key-Codes and explore the healing and dance practices which include: Sensation Consciousness v.s Pain Mindset, The Embodiment of the Circle ~ Divine Feminine, Dancing Your Emotions and The Infinity Dance.

This workshop covers The Water: Key-Codes 11 - 15  from the Heal Through Dance book.

STUDIO

Arrive at the studio 5 minutes before class begins. The door is locked after the class begins.  Bring your water bottle with water and yoga mat, journal and pen (optional). After you purchase your ticket, your name will automatically be added to the guest list.
