About the event
Heal Through Dance celebrates the physical embodiment within the context of the sacred feminine. Heal through dance is an invitation to become your own healer and ecstatic dance practitioner and facilitator.
ABOUT WORKSHOP
This workshop is for facilitators, instructors, dancers and beginners interested in free-form movement and somatic embodiment. We will dive into the Love Key-Codes and explore the healing and dance practices which include: Creating Self Love and Self Care practices, Transmuting Fear & Anger, Embody Forgiveness, Dancing with Love, The Infinity Love Dance and The Love Breath.
This workshop covers The Love: Key-Codes 23 - 28 from the Heal Through Dance book.

Arrive at the studio 5 minutes before class begins. The door is locked after the class begins. Bring your water bottle with water and yoga mat, journal and pen (optional). After you purchase your ticket, your name will automatically be added to the guest list.
