Heal Through Dance: The Light Key Codes

Heal Through Dance celebrates the physical embodiment within the context of the sacred feminine. Heal through dance is an  invitation to become your own healer and ecstatic dance practitioner and facilitator.

ABOUT WORKSHOP

This workshop is for facilitators, instructors, dancers and beginners interested in free-form movement and somatic embodiment.  We will dive into the Light Key-Codes and explore the healing and dance practices which include: Awakening The Third Eye, Energy Healing with Light, The Gold Light Meditation and Dance of the Elements. 

This workshop covers The Light: Key-Codes 36 - 39 from the Heal Through Dance book.

STUDIO

Arrive at the studio 5 minutes before class begins. The door is locked after the class begins.  Bring your water bottle with water and yoga mat, journal and pen (optional). After you purchase your ticket, your name will automatically be added to the guest list.
