LEARN HOW TO
1) Facilitate a guided somatic dance class that awakens the connection to our body and helps people get out of their thinking mind and into their body.
2) Release stress, tension and trauma from the body through movement, music, breath and sound in a guided dance journey.
3) Embody a somatic dance practice based on the 6-elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Sound and Light
4) Calculate BPM (beats per minute), put together playlists and receive an entire library based of music based on the alchemy of the elements, along with pre made playlists.
