Heal Through Dance© Somatic Movement & Ecstatic Dance Facilitator Training with Live Experiences and Online Components.
LEARN HOW TO
1) Facilitate a guided somatic dance class that awakens the connection to our body and helps people get out of their thinking mind and into their body.
2) Release stress, tension and trauma from the body through movement, music, breath and sound in a guided dance journey.
3) Embody a somatic movement and ecstatic dance practice based on the 6-elements and the 7-chakras including: Earth - Root Chakra, Water - Sacral Chakra, Fire - Solar Chakra, Air - Heart Chakra (Love), Sound - Throat Chakra and Light - 3rd Eye & Crown Chakra.
4) Calculate BPM (beats per minute), put together playlists and receive an entire library based of music based on the alchemy of the elements, along with pre made playlists.
