DANCE: Learn techniques and ways you can move our body to align our mind-body and energy while you get a workout with a purpose.

Do I need to know how to dance in order to do this? No, you don't need any dance experience. There are no choregraphed moves to learn and you don't need to be flexible.
I am body conscious, and I don't think I can dance, what would you tell me? We call it dance but there is no choregraphy to learn and no way to do it wrong. The breathwork we do will get you out of your head and into your body, where you will feel less self conscious.
Who is this practice for? This practice is for anyone seeking to incorporate dance as a spiritual practice and path to awakening. It is for women who wish to reclaim their femininity and personal power. It is for those who wish to go deep, release blocks and negative patterns and heal themselves.
When was it established, where? 2005 in Southern India, Star Triana, the creator of this program, was in silence for six months. During this time, while in deep meditation Star received the Divine messages that lead to create this transformational healing experience.
